Everybody is trying to get local but very few businesses fully understand how to do this. For the last 27 years Community Connection has been successfully driving new customers to small and mid-size business via its town directories. Covering 23 cities and towns north of Boston as well as Mt. Washington Valley and the Sebago Lake Area, we have effectively created 23 separate town/city directories that people continue to use. Although the press insists there is a lack of usage of telephone directories, Community Connection has maintained a 75.3% usage rate in the towns that we service. We are able to accomplish this because of the following reasons:
- Easy to use and read. Listings include all residences and businesses in each town.
- Convenient format that fits right in your kitchen or desk draw.
- Complete listings and large display ads that specify the services that our advertisers provide to allow consumers with a wide range of businesses from which to choose.
- We’re “local”. Based in Wakefield MA, with offices in Winchester, Melrose and North Conway, NH we understand what business and consumer needs are.
- We are reliable and consistently publish our directories on time. We adhere to a strict schedule and distribution time frame so that advertisers and consumers can count on seeing the new edition of our book at the same time each year. This allows advertisers to utilize our directories as a great place to market their business.
- Effective, quality delivery of the directories. A directory is only useful if it gets into consumers’ hands. We take pride in making sure each one of our directories is hand delivered to every home and business in each town. We also print extra copies that are kept at town specific extra copy locations for residents that may need them.
